Who We Are

My name is Cat Russell and Vinefruit is my business.

I have specialised in WordPress development since 2010.

After working for over 10 years’ in Sales & Solution Support in a telecom networks environment I moved into Website Creation. My previous employers include Motorola & Ericsson. I have worked in the Middle East and am now based in the stunning Winelands region of South Africa.

I am a self-taught website developer. I began coding websites in the early 90s using a notepad and nothing else, then learnt ASP and worked on SQL-driven Intranet sites before moving onto content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. I am versatile in using PHP, HTML and CSS code where necessary to further refine functionality or layout if necessary. Bottom line is I still love tweaking code to get the functionality my client wants, or fine-tuning style-sheets so the display is just right.

Now I work with a team of select creative, digital, UX designers and producers, as well as business partners and specialists, to deliver perfect solutions for entrepreneurs anywhere in the world.
